Main Accountabilities for a Graduate D365 and Power Platform Developer
1. Learning and Development:
• Training: Actively participate in training sessions and self-study to build foundational knowledge
of Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform.
• Skill Development: Continuously work on improving technical skills, including understanding
the basics of D365 modules, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
2. Task Execution:
• Basic Development Tasks: Assist in developing and configuring simple applications and
workflows under the guidance of senior developers.
• Support Tasks: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues related to D365
and Power Platform applications.
3. Documentation:
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of development processes,
configurations, and any issues encountered.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and user guides to
assist other team members and end-users.
4. Collaboration:
• Team Interaction: Work closely with senior developers, delivery/project managers, application
owners and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
